Host Nanny does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content.
You agree not to use our Services to store, host, or distribute any Content which includes but is not limited to:
Any violation of this clause may result in the immediate termination of your account and Services without notice or refund.
You agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any legal liabilities or consequences arising from the Content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available via our Services. Host Nanny will not be held accountable for any legal consequences resulting from your use of our Services.
Host Nanny reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services, without any advance notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the domain registration services provided by Host Nanny and the relationship between Host Nanny and the customer.
1.2. Host Nanny is affiliated with global domain registrars, including but not limited to ENOM and GoDaddy.
2. Domain Registration
2.1. By placing an order for domain registration with Host Nanny, you confirm that you have checked and ensured the domain name does not violate any trademarks or copyrights.
2.2. Host Nanny does not offer or provide registration services for domain extensions that are explicit or pornographic in nature.
2.3. Once an order is placed, Host Nanny will verify the availability of the domain and confirm that the pricing is still valid as per the global domain registrars we are affiliated with.
2.4. Host Nanny reserves the right to accept or reject any domain registration order without providing further clarification or justifications.
3.1. If the domain is available and the pricing is confirmed, Host Nanny will proceed with accepting the order and completing the registration process.
3.2. If the domain is not available, or there is a discrepancy in the pricing, Host Nanny reserves the right to reject the order.
4.1. Payment for domain registration must be made at the time of placing the order.
4.2. In the event of order rejection, Host Nanny will initiate a refund immediately.
4.3. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
5.1. Host Nanny will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the unavailability of a domain name, pricing discrepancies, or the rejection of an order.
5.2. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Host Nanny harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer’s violation of these terms and conditions.
By signing up for our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
